TREE Foundation Executive Director Meg Lowman has been selected to speak at the 8th International Canopy Conference in Xishuangbanna, China in October of 2023. The conference is hosted by the Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden and the Chinese Academy of Sciences and TREE Foundation is a sponsor of the event.
Lectures will focus on the role of the forest canopy in conservation and biogeography. Six speakers from all over the world will be featured to discuss their work exploring and researching forest canopies. The conference will be followed by tree climbing courses that allow participants to explore the canopy for themselves!
